Sleep animal not showing in 1st of month notification (or anywhere on my app) Inspire HR

I just found out I should be seeing a sleep summary/ sleep animal (update?) on the first of each month.

didn’t know this existed as I haven’t been getting these reports.  I just checked notifications and nothing.  Someone suggested updating the app. My app is up to date.

 I’d like a screenshot of where I am supposed to see this animal and help to fix this if possible.

Hello @ChezElleA and welcome to the Community.  According to this Help article, the Sleep Profile and animal aren't available on the Inspire HR.  It's available on the Inspire 2 and 3, among other devices.

Thank you @LZeeW.  I do have Premium still in the try it free stage so it’s still new to me.  I appreciate you sending the screenshot.

I don’t see the Sleep Profile with the animal on my app.   And I mentioned the notification because I saw on this platform somewhere that first of each month we would get a notification advising us to look for the details of our animal.  Maybe that piece doesn’t actually happen?

 I guess I reach out to Fitbit Support?  I’ll figure that out now.

@ChezElleA   I'm very sorry.  I uploaded my screenshot before reviewing the Help articles.  I edited my reply AFTER I read Fitbit's Help article, but you were too quick for me. The Sleep Profile isn't available on the Inspire HR.  Just the Inspire 2/3 in the Inspire family of trackers.
