My husband's fitbit Inspire 2 does not show hours slept and score; however it does show on the app.  I have rebooted while charging and I wore his fitbit getting over 7 hours sleep and it still does not show on the fitbit, just in the app.  Suggestions?

Thank you for sharing the details regarding your Inspire 2, and for trying to fix it by your own.

I'd ask you try to set up the tracker as a new device following the steps suggested here.
