Sleep data not displaying on actual Fitbit but displays in the app

Hi, I've searched several threads and not found the answer to this specific issue.

Love my Fitbit Inspire HR, works great, and sleep is recorded when I view the app on my Galaxy mobile.

But when I scroll to view Sleep on the actual Fitbit, the icon tile is there but is greyed out and shows no data i.e. it is active.

How can this be resolved?
