Sleep hours not updating after first sync

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello,

i synced my Fitbit inspire Hr early in the morning. I went back to sleep and slept well. Later during the day, when I sync with the app, only the steps and calories burned are getting synced. Sleep is not getting updated in the Fitbit inspire HR nor it is syncing.. I only see the old sleep hours. Not the hours I slept after the first sync.

What should be be done to get the correct sleep hours?

Thank you!

@Susura14 A warm welcome to our Community!

Let me help you with your missing sleep data. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

Let me know how it goes.
