I've tried resetting as per instruction here (https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1606) but it won't reset. Nothing happens when I followed the instruction and I tried several times. What's the point of having something on the unit when it doesn't work? Hasn't for months.

What else can I try?

I just scrolled down to it and, surprise, surprise, it's actually working. Probably won't work tomorrow. LOL

As expected, it's greyed out again. The sighting was like a UFO - rare. 😞
