The sleep icon has disappeared on my inspire HR watch after the firmware was updated. I have reset and re-synced the watch, but the icon is still not showing. The firmware is 34.20001.63.12. Please can you assist? Thanks.
Same thing happened to me initially, right after the firmware update. After 2-3 hours and some syncs with the app it re-appeared. Also, make sure you reset the band a few times (like more than 4-5 in a row). It will help.
My sleep data has been intermittent for the last two weeks, and I hoped the firmware update I did yesterday would fix it.. but no luck. I’ve tried rebooting the Fitbit and my phone, so am about to contact support.
