I recently purchased an inspire HR. I set up the account via the app and all is working well EXCEPT I cannot track or get the sleep features to be added. It is grey on the device and under discover via the app, the feature cannot be added or opened. I have tried deleting and re-adding the device, updating the softwares, re-installed the app, etc. any help on why this is the only feature I cannot add? It is one of the main reasons I got the device. Thank you!

Hi @Nhajba,
In the Fitbit app under the tracker settings (you can get to these by tapping your picture and then the picture of the tracker), is the Heart Rate Monitor turned on? It will need to be turned on in order to track sleep.

Mine started working tonight after resetting all of the buttons on the app. Seemed like a silly thing but it was the only thing l could think to do. It added the missing info and we’ll see if it tracks tonight’s sleep. Keeping my fingers crossed.
