Sleep score? I'm an erratic sleeper and I want to know how to improve sleep score

I am a very erratic sleeper and I already know that. I often sleep very late, or don't sleep at all. Some days I sleep for around 10 hours and then others, I only sleep four. I checked my sleep score yesterday and it is a 0. I checked the FitBit sleep scoring system and I simply don't see how I can actually achieve a 0, that seems so terrible. Any tips on increasing my sleep score?

Hello @lr6243 and a warm welcome.  You tagged your post saying you use an Inspire, not an Inspire HR.  You need a heart rate enabled device in order to get a sleep score.  A heart rate enabled device is needed to get sleep stages and you need sleep stages to get a sleep score.  An Inspire only gives you sleep patterns.

As this is an important feature for you, I suggest you exchange your Inspire for an Inspire HR or other heart rate enabled device.
