Mine hasn't worked for a month. I don't get either sleep score or pattern. It is fully charged, on the correct wrist, in the correct position on my arm. My arm isn't restricted by my sleep It stopped working a month ago after three days of giving all the information. I have reinstalled the app. Nothing works.

Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. Please swipe left on the Sleep Score graph, here you can see information about your weekly sleep average and sleep duration. To get more detailed information, see What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?
