Sleep score is not registered consistently-Inspire 2

hey guys, my Fitbit is great and consistent about tracking the amount of time I sleep every night, including my percentages of restless, awake, etc. However, it doesn’t give me a sleep score every day. I only have an actual sleep score (e.g. 72, 84, etc) for one or two days per week. Can anyone help me figure out why this is and how I could possibly fix it? It just seems odd to me that the App is properly tracking my duration and quality of sleep but not providing the score for it - i’d really like to get a sleep score every day! Thanks so much for taking a look!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Myss_alyssA.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Inspire 2. Thank you for the information provided.

To be able to see Sleep Score your Fitbit device must have registered your sleep stages (light sleep, deep sleep, and REM). If on your Fitbit account you only see a sleep pattern (time asleep, restless, and awake), please visit this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.

In addition, you can restart your Tracker by following these steps.

Some users have had success setting their Fitbit devices to track sleep in a sensitive mode. For information about how this setting works, please visit this article and open the menu "What's the difference between the normal and sensitive sleep setting?".

Hope this helps.
