When is Fitbit going to do a new update to fix sleep data not showing on Inspire 2, it has been some time since working. I had a InspireHR it wasn’t working so I bought a new inspire2 and wonder of wonders it doesn’t show on that also.

As mentioned in the message attached below, it's been an issue since my original Fitbit purchase in 2014. I had hoped that in 7 years they had found a solution to this ongoing issue. (I wouldn't have purchased had I known Fitbit was still not living up to what it said it could and would do)
How can you fast track the attention to this issue so that it get the recognition it deserves? Customers should be getting what they are told they would get when they purchase the item. Why haven't they in all these years? I'm hoping you can shed some light on it or have some one who can, contact me. Thanks

Hi Wilson how about Fitbit tell us the sleep tracker has not worked on hr inspire ever. I think this should be looked into as we are all being sold a product that's not fit for use.

Perhaps the most sensible approach would be to put out a firmware update with the functionality removed from the device, yet left on the app. Then all this noise about a faulty watch would not be here, or is that too hard?

For me it's been going on since 2014. I I thought in seven years that they would have gotten themselves together by then but they haven't. They still advertise that this product will do something that it won't do reliably. A scam essentially.

@ColoNappo you can see the sleep data on your app, but not on the device/watch. No one has managed to keep it working on their device/watch and Fitbit just keeps telling us they are working on it, again and again. All neg reviews or content are removed from this forum by fitbit.

Facing the same issue as everyone else... sleep data and score shows up on app but not on device.

Today I had sleep data and score on my device!
I've installed the new Firmware Release (1.124.22)
Maybe they've snuck in a fix for this.
Let's see how it fares after a week.....
