My inspire 2 stopped tracking sleep , HRV , breathing rate for some time now . RHR is still calculated daily but strangely not getting sleep stages . In between this time , I had only one day in between when sleep stages but apart from that none

What solution did you receive on this issue? I bought my Inspire 2 for my sleep patterns and health metrics. I am not getting either for about two months and I am none too happy about this. Fitbit is so hard to get in touch with. I don't know why they have a customer service department, if you can never reach them or receive any resolutions. Perhaps someone, somewhere knows, because Fitbit charges you monthly to use a product that you have already paid for, so I expect help when I have a problem. I do not like throwing my money to the wind and that is exactly how Fitbit makes me feel. They could care less about us, they just want their money. Money they should NOT be charging, if your Fitbit does not do what you bought it for. I have to give their customer service one star, and they are lucky to be getting that. I am frustrated with Fitbit's lack of help, lack of caring and not getting to talk to a human on the phone. It isn't right. I am about done with Fitbit's lack of caring.
