Hello on the inspire do we get detailed sleep stages like rem stage? Also can we set alarms so the device buzzed at a certain time?

To get sleep stages it needs to be able to monitor your heart rate so the Inspire HR will track them but the Inspire will not. There's more information on sleep stages at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2163/
