Good evening,
When looking at my Fitbit app this evening, I’ve noticed the sleep tile has disappeared from my today page. I’ve looked on the community and seen advice to go to the discover page, health and fitness stats, then add it back. When I do this, health and fitness stats page doesn’t load, stays grey and I can’t see which tile to click on to add my sleep tracker back.
I have restarted my Fitbit device, turned my phone off and on, turned Bluetooth off and on again and then synced the device - none of which have helped.
I’m not sure if it’s something I’m doing wrong and would really appreciate some help.

Mine has done the same! I logged out and back in and all of my data has gone, it shows nothing at all on the screen just tells me to go to the discover tile to add stuff but the same happens on the discover tile..

Yeah mine too... it seems like a lot of people are having the issue so maybe the app is down 🤷🏻:female_sign: Hopefully it will be resolved soon, only had my FitBit for a week so not a great start for it to not be working already

Same exact boat here. Except it started with my sleep tile and then all of the tiles disappeared, and now I only get a blank screen on my home page. This literally renders Fitbits useless if they don’t fix this glitch.....

SAME!! I’ve lost all my info- only appearing is Calories, weight and water. Eek!!

I woken up this morning and it seems to have corrected itself, I synced again this morning and all of my tiles are back!
Hopefully that happens for everyone else on this thread too!

I had this happen this morning. No sleep, no steps - only calories, water and food. Only "x's" to remove the remaining tiles but nothing to add back. I have also reinstalled the app, restarted the Versa Lite, turned off phone, turned off bluetooth, removed tracker from phone, etc. We all know the drill. What the heck !! Is anyone else having trouble??
