Hi, i recently got a Fitbit inspire 2 and would like to add the sleep tile to it that showed my sleep the previous day like it did in my old inspire. Could someone please help?

Hello again @MatingMaster666
Go to your clock face on your Inspire 2 and swipe the clock face up. Here you will see your stats. Sleep should be there. Maybe this will help: https://help.fitbit.com/manuals/inspire_2/Content/manuals/html/Activity%20and%20Wellness.htm

I've swiped up and it isn't there, how do I add it? Neither is water or weight. Also hourly steps only show up till 250, not how many I've actually done if that's more that 250.

Hello @MatingMaster666
I didn’t realize that Fitbit didn't include the ability to customize the screen in the Inspire 2 until this evening. Try restarting your Inspire 2 and see if that helps. Look here to see how it’s properly done: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm

Restarting didn't help, it didn't change anything. I've heard that others have the sleep tile on their inspire 2, is it true?

Hello again @MatingMaster666
Yes it is true that you can see your Sleep Stats directly on your Inspire 2. According to the Inspire 2 manual it states “Wear Inspire 2 to bed to automatically track basic stats about your sleep, including your time asleep, sleep stages (time spent in REM, light sleep, and deep sleep), and sleep score (the quality of your sleep). To see your sleep stats, sync your tracker when you wake up and check the Fitbit app, or swipe up from the clock face on your tracker to see your sleep stats in Fitbit Today”
Here is a link to the manual. You can see the information on page 29: https://cdn.cnetcontent.com/c3/fa/c3fa13e3-6e78-4e39-9dd4-6c6fb124a0ee.pdf
This is also covered on page 27 of the manual. (See image) So the sleep stat should appear:
If you have the Sleep tile showing and active in your Fitbit App it should clearly show on your Inspire 2. The details on the Inspire 2 will not be as detailed as they appear on the Fitbit App but on the Inspire 2 the sleep duration and the sleep score should appear as the manual states.
If you still can’t see the sleep on your Inspire 2 I’d suggest calling Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
😉 Hopefully this post offered more clarity on what should be seen on your Inspire 2. Before calling customer service try one more thing. Try removing the sleep tile from your Fitbit App, sync your Inspire 2, log out of the Fitbit App, restart your phone, log back into the app, reactivate your Sleep tile and sync your tracker again. Check now to see if sleep stats appear on your tracker.
