I have recently bought a Fitbit Inspire HR, and after sleeping I checked my Fitbit to see if it registered, but it only seems to log in on my phone app. The sleep tracker for my Fitbit is currently greyed out with two small lines under it. With lacking features compared to other smartbands (not having weather, music changer), it is annoying that it is one feature down from what it should have working. I've tried resetting, resyncing, turning bluetooth/location data off and on, but none of it worked.

Has your tracker synced yet? It may also need a second sync.

@Fatbitboy When you sleep with your device, you need to sync it to your phone when you wake up. The Fitbit app then analyzes the data from the Inspire and once that has happened, it will show up on the watch.

This would be great if it did sync the sleep data. I replaced it for a Charge 3, and it has the same issue; ridiculous! I can only see how long I slept on my phone, so i have an ugly useless feature that says "Sleep Not Tracked" on my Fitbit Charge 3. I have gone through all the recommended guides and advice given to me and others by moderators - it doesn't work. Syncing, restarting, rebooting, turning bluetooth off and on, checking bluetooth settings, checking Fitbit app settings, factory resetting, disconnecting and reconnecting the device... I've done it all. The heart rate works fine so don't even bother to bring that up either. You guys have had this issue since 2018 from what I can see, and yet it is 2020 and forums about this are still being written on/made...

@Fatbitboy I'm not sure who your addressing because neither of us that have responded have the issue that you describe.
That is if you have the issue we think you have. Since we know of no reason or why the sleep tracker would be greyed out. It should be showing something, even if it is dashes.
Can we see a photo of what you want us to understand?
