Sleep tracker, water log and female health not appearing on my inspire

Last night all my data on the app disappeared and I could not add data either. It all came back a few hours later but now my sleep tracker, water log and female health is not showing up on my watch

@Avrilc123 Thanks for stopping by! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Inspire not showing your information. You will need to sync it so it shows the data from the Fitbit app. You can try the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
