Sleep tracking -REM/Light sleep Stages not being shown

Sleep tracking isn’t being completed in the app - not showing any sleep stages, just a really simple graph showing lines, time and colours for Asleep / Restless / Awake. 
Disappointing as I bought this mainly for sleep tracking and have replaced one already and it’s still happening.

Hello @TButterworth is your heart rate being displayed, and your sleep at least 3 hours? 

Tap on a sleep in question, under the graph may have your answer as to why no stages are seen.

Yep HR tracked throughout the night and I’m manually starting the sleep on the phone as well. All I’m getting is this:
