Sleep tracking badly broken - are they working on it?

I have an Inspire HR that has stopped tracking sleep after several weeks of working fine. I have an overnight track of heart rate, so it's not a problem with that. When it worked there was a "Analyzing Sleep..." message that would display in the sleep section of the iPhone app in the morning when I'd look, and then once that had happened, and pretty accurate record of my sleep would show up for that day.

Now that "Analyzing Sleep" message never happens, and there is never any information for that night's sleep. I don't know if the information is not being recorded in the device, or if the analyzing step isn't running.

Today is Tuesday, and the last night it worked was Saturday.

I just did a reset, but others that have this problem have not had success with this "fix". I find the debugging advice of "reboot it" to be very unsatisfactory, especially because I can't do this without plugging it in, which seems... odd and clumsy.

I will report back if it works after the reset, but I would suggest that a bit of priority should be put into figuring out why this is happening, as it appears to be a wide spread problem, and is actually probably something small and stupid in the code.

Resetting the fitbit brought back the sleep tracking.

One other thing I noticed was that it also started giving the "It's time to go to bed" notifications again. I hadn't noticed at the time, but those had stopped working as well.
