Sleeping heart rate not displaying

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I started another thread about this topic because there has been no response to the other older one which I flagged as active. In the app for the premium subscription there’s no sleeping heart rate chart. There’s just a straight dotted line showing my previous resting heart rate line. The graph has been missing for close to a week now, it’s one of the few things I like about the premium subscription. I tried a hard reset, I’ve cleaned the heart sensors (although it reads my heart rate normally so was done out of why not). There was no previous solution posted for this issue.

I am having the same problem. The sleeping heart rate just disappeared about a week ago, about the same time as I updated the operating system on my iPhone 11 Pro Max.  Tried resetting the Ionic and reloading the FitBit app, but that didn't work. I have  the Premium subscription but that is beginning to look like waste of money.  Too bad that the techies at FitBit can't keep things running.

Furthermore, when clicking on the link for help it is a broken circular reference. Not happy with the inability to get support.

I have this problem too. It also started happening a week or two ago.

Still no sleeping heart rate displayed. I have the Premium Subscription but that doesn't seem to matter. I wonder about FitBit's ability or willingness to support the Ionic and seems that they are unable to keep up with Apple iOS updates.  I was thinking of getting a new Fitbit Sense or Fitbit Versa 3, but the lack of support for the Ionic makes me rethink that.  I need all the sleep data to monitor sleep apnea issues at night and pO2 levels all the time because of COVID issues.

Me too. Let’s hope we get a response soon

Yesterday, I got a notification about an update to my Inspire2 and was hopeful it would fix this, but again last night, no sleeping heart rate graph.  Frustrating!  Hello Fitbit???

Frustrating- they don’t seem to be monitoring their community boards very well.

I’m having the exact same issue. It’s been like this for about a week now.

Ten (10) days and still no action from FITBIT.  Makes wonder if the techies there really care about providing the so called "Premium Service" that I subscribed to.  I was thinking about the new FITBIT (Sense), but who the h--l would pay $300 for a device from a company that can't, or won't, support their older devices (Ionic). As before, as did other contributors to this thread, I tried resetting everything - - all to no avail.  Apple is looking better all the time.

I did the app update this morning, and now the sleeping heart rate graph is available. I didn’t look to see if the past nights were completed, but it is there for last night. Hope the update does the same for you.

Thanks for your post. My app said it was current. So I deleted the app from my iPhone than re-installed the app. Magic! The sleeping heart rate graph is now working!!!

I also updated and it works now too, if they were working on a fix or knew of the concern it would have been nice for a moderator to reply to this thread 🙄. At least it works for now.

Yes. I updated this morning and it  now seems to be working.  I had updated, rebooted iPhone and Ionic right after the graft disappeared but nothing happened. Thanks to the techies who figured out what was wrong and fixed.  I do set the app to allow notifications but none came.  I left the app open two or three nights, but not automatic update. But, it is working again and for that I am grateful.

Me too! App said it was current, but deleting and reinstalling fixed it. All seems to be working now.

No. I think the data might be stored on a FITBIT server.  In any case, I did not lose the data.  Good luck.

I also deleted the app and reinstalled, even though I had done an update recently and the app did not show any updates available.  Still, go ahead and delete your app and reinstall it.  You won't lose the data as you sign in again with your Fitbit email/password and it has saved your data and my graph magically appeared.  I will check again tomorrow to be sure it is still displaying as it did this last week for one day and then disappeared again.
