So frustrated ghat my inspire hr/ fit bit app are not tracking anything. I had to manually add my sleep last night and my exercisss today , it’s CB not even tracking my steps. This happens more than I would like. Fitbit is charged. I have my setting to auto track also . I’m ordering a new tracker different brand by tomorrow if still not working

I really appreciate all the steps that you've tried to fix the issues with SmartTrack on your Inspire HR. I've noticed that you have a case open for this issue with our support team. Please try to restart your Inspire HR and then try to test your Fitbit one more time. If this doesn't help please reply to the last email that you got from our team to update your case.
