Starting Inspire HR exercise and stopping

or stopping exercise on my new Inspire HR. It paused for hours then I pressed something and it finally stopped. 

Read instructions. :electric_plug:Charge 2 was simple.

Works close to the charge 2.  You just need to tap instead of push the button. Tap to end then tap to quit exercise

Seems to me that tapping starts the exercise.. Customer support said press button twice. To see THE flags..exercise complete.
