Stationary period on Inspire HR

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit says I have been stationary today for 3½ hours. Yet in this period I have also recorded lots of steps as I was almost constantly moving around in and out of the kitchen chopping veg etc etc. Why is this?

It has not had this problem before.

Hi @Puppypal  Try restarting your tracker several times and see if that gets it going properly in the future.

Thanks for your reply.  It seems to be something to do with the number of steps recorded at any one period of movement. It looks like there's a minimum number of steps to take before you are classed as non-stationary.  Restarting the tracker makes no difference whatsoever.
