Why can't I see my step total for the last 7 days and the average steps for the last 7 days in the app?  This is important information for me.  I am not intersted in my total for the calendar week but use the last 7 days to guage my progress.  This information has always been available in the app until toady.

I have submitted my suggestion to the feature Suggestion Board for the return of this feature to the app.  It was my most used and most important piece of information and the figures now available are useless.

Hi @SunsetRunner It’s nice to see you here.

Thanks for all the details that you provided. I understand how helpful this information is for you.

Just to confirm, what is the model of your phone? I’m asking this because our team redesigned the graphs of the Fitbit App for Android devices a few updates ago. If this is your case, I’d recommend checking this post which explains more about these graphs.

My Samsung tablet is Galaxy Tab S8 SM-X700. The graphs only changed this Monday, 6th March.

Now the only way I can know my average for the last 7 days (not calendar week) is to manually add up the total for each day for the last 7 days and divide it by 7. This information was easily accessible before the recent change. Each morning I need to know what the last 7 days average steps was in order to plan how many steps is my goal for the present day. I can then plan a gradual increase each day.

Very disappointed in the change.

Hi @SunsetRunner, It’s nice to see you again in the Forum.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.

I understand how important that information is for you. This is currently the way the app shows the information about steps.

Regarding the graph you mentioned, I would recommend that you post this idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible.

We are always working hard to improve our app.

It's not my idea. It is how it used to work until last Monday. I could always see the average daily steps for the last 7 days until then. I could also see the average daily steps for the last 30 days and the last 90 days and the last 365 days. they were interesting but not as important to me.
