Steps On my Inspire HR

Hi, I have just bought the Inspire HR and it is saying I have done 100 steps before I have even moved? i have wore it for 5 minutes to see how it fits. Can someone please help me with this, I am pretty sure I aint done 100 steps whilst sat down.. I would like it to be a true figure! Thanks 🙂

Hi, @SammiP95! It's possible that just by jostling it around during setup, etc. you picked up some extra steps. I wouldn't worry about it too much, just see what it looks like over a few days and if it seems reasonable.

I think you'll find that the steps are fairly reasonable, but you can always try restarting the tracker a few times to "recalibrate" it, and if that doesn't work, you can reach out to Fitbit Support.
