Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @GreatGrandma6ti. 

I appreciate all the information that you've shared about this inconvenience with your Inspire 2. 

Before considering other options, could you please provide a few more details? Let me know if you mean that you're not able to see the steps and calories recorded on the device itself or if you're not seeing them on the Fitbit app.
