My inspire hr has recorded my steps today at 16k+ but no miles have been measured

If you haven't done so please restart your Inspire HR: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Thanks. Actually I did nothing and all seems ok now but it’s good to know how to restart as I wasn’t aware of this before.
