Steps go back to 0 before the end of the day

My partners inspire hr has on 2 occasions this week, put the steps back to 0 at 10/10.30 and not counted the steps for the day on the app. First day he had over 10,000 and last night he had over 15,000 before it went back to 0. Any idea what is causing this and how to fix it?

Hi @Caitnic  Try restarting the I spire several times and see ifit happens again. Please come back here if it keeps occuring.
