Steps per hour not tracking; indicating missed hours when goal met

Some hours my steps per hour do not show as met despite having met the goal. I will get the step reminder, walk around to meet the goal, get the "crushed it, nailed it, won the hour" message. When I go into my app shortly after, the hour goals shows as not met.

 

I've noticed this tends to happen mostly in hours when I meet the step goal after receiving the prompt from my fitbit. Level of charge doesn't seem to affect. It happens when it's fully and varying stages of charged.

Hi @WandaPC, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Inspire doesn't always show that you met the steps per hour.

 

Please restart your Inspire as described in this help article. After this, monitor your Inspire for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
