Hello! my phone got stolen last night, which means I don't have access to the app. is there a way I can sync my data from my Fitbit to the web browser instead of the app? I don't want to lose my data.

Hello @Harrietklon and welcome to the Community.  I'm sorry, but you can't sync with a web browser.  Fitbit removed this feature some time ago.  But your Inspire 2 saves seven days of detailed data and I believe it saves 30 days of basic data if it takes longer to replace your phone.

@LZeeW Thank you for your help.

@Harrietklon , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.

As our friend LZeeW mentioned, you  can use your Inspire 2 without syncing for some days. If you have access to any mobile device that supports the latest Fitbit app (borrowed from someone, an old mobile device etc) you can install the app there and log in. Sync your Inspire 2 and then log out. Your synced data will remain saved to your account.
