Stoped working after 1 swim

So I have had my Fitbit aspire for less than 24 hours (!!!) and already it has completely stopped working. I went for 1 x 3 minute swim and now it Has completely stopped!!! I am sooo disappointed as I just upgraded to this Fitbit from another fitness tracker brand for a specific fitness holiday and it stops in the first day. How can this be resolved ASAP

Hi @Ellie211 That is unfortunate! Either return it to the store you bought it from (which is probably the quickest way to resolve the issue) or contact Customer Support.
