Stopping an exercise on the Inspire HR

I hit the little running guy on my wrist unit and now I can't get it to stop.

It would help to know which model you have, but try pressing left button, maybe a few times, and watching for prompts.

Thank you but I didn't get a user manual. I got a website. It was really
frustrating but I was finally able to get it done.
