Stopwatch wont turn off

I have some how turned on the stopwatch and cant turn it off. My time display wont show up either. Any suggestions?

Tap the pause button at bottom of screen (2 vertical lines); scroll up and tap 'Reset'; then press left side button a few times, each press backing out one screen.

Or, if you are content to just let stopwatch run, just press side button a few times.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
