Hi,
I have had my Fitbit Inspire 2 for 11 months, and recently I noticed condensation inside the screen. A week earlier I got a new update, and now the battery drains in 6-7 hours, and the heart rate sensor does not pulse like it did.
I don't know if the update is to blame, but it is not acting like usual.

Hello @beackers
I’d lean much more to the condensation inside the screen as the cause of your current issues. It sounds like moisture definitely got inside your Inspire 2. I’d suggest putting your Inspire 2 in a bag of dry rice for a day or so to try and pull out the moisture.
After a few days in dry rice I’d reevaluate the battery drain and heart sensor not working properly. Drying out the Inspire 2 just might fix that issue as well.
I hope this helps. Please let me know how it goes

Yes, I did try... and it didn't work.
I did contact Support and got a nice %50 off my next watch... so woohoo!
Thanks for the help though. 🙂 Have a nice day
