I got an Inspire 2 for Christmas and have been loving it so far, but tonight the HR monitor suddenly jumped from around 70 to 138 even though I was totally relaxed and sitting perfectly still. I didn’t feel like my heart had suddenly started racing and sure enough, I got 70 when I checked my pulse against a timer. I reset the Fitbit and charged it (it was at 31% at the time), but I’m wondering why this would happen and if there’s anything else I should do? Thanks.
