On the app, when you’re on the dashboard
page, there’s a profile icon in the top right corner. You click that and
halfway down there’s a section for “goals” and “activity” you can then
enter steps, distance, calories burned, active minutes.
How do you figure out what number should be your goal for calories burned?!
Like 10,000 is usually the goal for steps...what should you shoot to burn for calories?
I’m assuming it’s in relation to your BMR, but I need to know what to
strive for everyday for progress

@Phylly1977 Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you setting up a calories burned goal. This should adequate to your personal habits and goals taking into consideration your health and body. For this I suggest you consult with a health professional that can guide you on which number should be a healthy one for you as we don't have any specific number to share in this regard. Remember that if your goal is to decrease body fat then you need to watch what you eat and burn more calories than the ones you consumed so a healthy diet would go a long way in helping you reach your goal.
Let me know how it goes.
