I love my Inspire HR, however, have a few suggestions about improvements going forward.

 

1. The charge cord is ridiculously short - I have no idea why this was approved, given the charge cords for Alta HR and Versa are so much longer.  Impossible to charge even at a computer.  Please release a longer version.  Also, would be better if the charger clipped onto the device, rather than using a magnet, as is the case with the Alta HR and Versa.

 

2. More clock face designs, please, including date/month options (as we're not all American and can find this format confusing).

 

3. A medium band size would be a great option for all devices - some of us sit right between small and large, and having this available would be really helpful.

I agree that having a longer charging cord would be very helpful. I have to prop the Fitbit on something to keep it from separating from the charger.

Yes agree with everything said! Just purchased a new Inspire HR & setting it up today only to find this ridiculous charging cable which is far too short!

Does anyone at Fitbit actually take notice of these suggestions?
