Swimming not showing from Inspire device

My Fitbit Inspire didn't log my swim. Ive tried to add it manually and I keep getting a pop up that the time and date specified is in the future. I've only had my Fitbit a couple of days so I'm still finding my way round it. Is there something I've missed?

@Ezzy40, welcome! It's great to see you around! 

 

Let me help you with your swim logs. Where are you trying to add these swim logs (website or app)? Could you share a screenshot of the error message and the data you are logging on your account? Have you tried using a different device? If you are using the app try logging out from it, restart your phone and log back in. If you are using a computer the clear the browser's cache and cookies.

 

Regarding the swim detection you can find instructions on how this feature works here. Additionally you can find great tips other users have shared here, especially the one that notes that you need to touch the wall every time so it properly detects your laps
