Swipe doesn't work (brand new Inspire HR)

Dear all,

 

I just got a Fitbit Inspire HR as my birthday gift from my husband. Setting-up, updating, and syncing went well. However, I could not swipe up (down) my watch. Tapping seems working properly. Restarting does not change anything (I tried twice so far). Is there anything I could try to fix the problem?
