My Inspire doesn't always swipe when I am trying to scroll through the apps on the screen. Sometimes I can scroll to any app I want without problems, other times as soon as I attempt to swipe through, the screen goes black and I have to press the side button to start over. Sometimes I can make it through several screens/apps and other times it goes black after just one. It's really hit or miss, but incredibly frustrating when I have to attempt 10+ times to get to the hourly steps (which is several swipes away from the clock face). I've only had the Inspire HR for 2 weeks. It's done this since Day 1 and it seems to be getting worse.
The firmware is up to date and I have already restarted the device multiple times. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

I have the same problem, plus it won't scroll at all when it's wet -- when I'm swimming.

I am having the same problem, and its annoying the hell out of me. I've had the fitbit for a few months and it has been like this from day one.

I have the same problem and it started the day I received it. Sometimes it's fine and other times it just goes black, or won't swipe. I've also restarted and the firmware is up to date. Any solutions?
