Sync inspire 2 to Windows 10 instead of phone

My wife and I just acquired, each, an inspire 2. We only have one phone — my wife is profoundly deaf — and it doesn't allow more than one inspire 2. I called customer support about this and they were no help. Said it couldn't be done. Is there a way to sync one of the watches to my Windows 10? Without using the phone (iPhone 7, latest update). Thanks much

Hi @SunsetRunner sorry, but you can't sync unless it's a compatible device and Windows on the computer was removed quite some time ago. You can share the phone and sync by logging in and out. If your wife needs to sync, you just log out and then after she syncs, have her log out so you can log back in. Whoever is logged in is the one whose account will be notified for phone calls, texts, etc. Would that work for you?

My wife doesn't need to sink but I was told by customer support that the first watch would stop showing time and heart rate after a few days. At the moment both of them are working. If mine can sink and hers can show the time and heart rate than that would be sufficient. Thank you.

All mistakes in the above are due to my dictation program. I myself am perfect.

Update: the watch is still working but not syncing after a week, possibly because I moved it out of Bluetooth range when replacing it with the second watch. I’m just letting people might be in the same situation know.
