I had an Alta that I lost and purchased an Inspire HR. I am having issues syncing the app on my Moto Z3 with the new Fitbit Inspire HR. Is there anything I can do to get this set up?

Hi @RyeFellow, I think I may have found part of your problem. Your Moto isn't a supported device. Mine isn't a supported device either (mine is an e5 Play), but syncs fine. You could try installing the app and then restarting your Inspire HR by plugging it into the computer (like you do with the Alta HR) and pressing the button on the side for about 10 seconds. Restarts are my go-to for syncing issues, as many times there's little bugs in the device that can be shaken out by doing this process.
Aside from that, if you have any other Bluetooths nearby, these will need to be moved or turned off so that the Inspire HR doesn't get confused as to which device to sync to.
If neither of the above works, is there another device that you could use to sync your Inspire HR?
