Connecting to iPhone 8 with iOS 12. (Haven’t updated to iOS 13)
Inspire hr was working well for 2 months but no longer.
Ive tried all the fixes I can find. Reset user data - hr comes on but only for a couple of hours max then goes off again.
Have turned hr off and reset Fitbit. Then on again. No good.
Keep having to re- connect to phone. But drops again quickly.
REALLY FED UP.
This thing is not working properly and at this point I will not be recommending it to anybody.

I received an email which repeats all the standard fixes. I replied but have not heard back again.
My heart rate monitor keeps stopping. Is this a software or a hardware issue?
It usually restarts with clear user data but then stops again in minutes or hours.
Connectivity to phone is very intermittent.
Therefore the sleep tracking doesn’t work.
So not much works. Is it software or hardware?

Now I had a follow up with a well known fix (clear user data) which I had already stated I had tried.
Im not getting a feeling that this is going to work.
