Syncing difficulties with Inspire and LG Stylo 3 +

I had the Fitbit One and the LG Stylo 3 plus worked just fine.  Upgraded to an Inspire and the LG app worked fine for months.  Now the app needs to be uninstalled/re-installed and the fitbit needs to be reset. My computer Windows 10 syncs periodically.  when the computer can't sync I think it's time to rethink  getting a different fitbit device.   Weight Watchers uses the Fitbit app and I need all the points to be counted...I don't like to waste the points   lol
