I'm really disappointed that in under 2 years this product is becoming virtually unusable. For the last 4 months or so syncing with the app has been taking an increasingly long time and earlier in November stopped working completely. (Despite both app, phone and tracker being up-to-date.) I went through all the advice on the 'Why won't my Fitbit device sync?' page multiple times and nothing improved. In the end I unpaired my device and tried to re-pair it with Bluetooth. It kept getting stuck after I had input the numbers displayed in the Inspire 2 into the app. I finally reset the Inspire device completely (wiping my data) and it finally paired to the app again.
Despite all this it is still taking forever to sync. The only way I get a full resync is by restarting my phone each time. Is there anything that can be done to speed this up? I have no problem with my other Bluetooth devices.

Hi Mety! I used to have the same issue as you when it came to syncing the fitbit on my phone. Just out of curiosity, did you try reinstalling the app?

Yes, I uninstalled the app, then both shut down and restarted the mobile before reinstalling it - but that hasn't solved the issue either.

I’ve tried re/installing the app. Still not syncing. It’s so frustrating.
