I have the family thing set up. I can see both of them under my account, but they didn't get an ace.  They each got the inspire and it doesn't give me the option of syncing those to the kids' account!

Sorry, but for children only Ace or Ace can be attached to family account.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Oh! I didn't know that! So I should just delete them and have them create
their own account?
