Syncing to my laptop as a secondary device

Hi,

I just got a new Fitbit Inspire HR, and am unable to sync it to my laptop. I initially paired and set up my Fitbit with my iPad mini 2, and am now attempting to sync using my windows laptop. The Fitbit app works fine on my laptop, I see all my stats and everything is up to date, I just can't sync my Fitbit to it. If I want to sync my Fitbit, I have to pull out my iPad and sync it from there. My laptop says "Looking for tracker" when I click on the Tracker icon, but never finds it. Any changes I make in the Fitbit Windows app gets synced to my iPad, so I can still use it, I would just like to sync from my computer. Is there something else I have to do? Do I have to pair it in Bluetooth settings? (My laptop does have Bluetooth and my Bluetooth is turned on)

Any help is appreciated

Hey,

I managed to fix the problem on my own. The solution I found was if I turned off the Bluetooth on my iPad, then my Fitbit would sync to my computer
