TRying to figure out how to change the time on my watch

for some reason my inspire is reading almost 5 hours behind the actual time , cant figure out how to change it .

Can anyone help ?

Hi @debradawn80 - When is the last time you synced your Fitbit? Time is normally set when you sync your device to your watch. To manually sync, Open the Fitbit app on your phone. Tap Account > Inspire HR. then scroll down to Sync This Device.
