Tap and scroll not working on Inspire HR

I've had my Fitbit Inspire hr for about 9 months now and I've never had any issues until now. Randomly today the touch/tap on the screen has stopped responding, I've tried the reset and nothing changes. I cannot do a hard reset due to not being able to scroll up to the settings on the watch and I cannot scroll down to try and turn on the wake mode. The little light bulb for the wake mode is greyed-out and has a line through it, but I'm not able to get the watch to respond when I try to activate it or scroll to see the other options. 

 

Someone please help!!!

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
