Hi guys,

The fitbit app tracks my sleep and shows me the sleep cycles but not the SCORE. I checked the settings and the ‘receive sleep score’ setting is ON. Can anyone help?

I have no intentions of swapping. They need to make these all do what they say they will do.

My Fitbit has stopped showing my sleep score

I have the same issue and it's nearly the end of 2020.  All of these comments seem to be in 2019.  What's up with the sleep score and not displaying on fitbit?  I have the Sense.

I got a Chatge 4 instead- sleep score works fine.

Hi. The same problem here, Fitbit Sense, since 1 month. 10 nights without score from 30 nights. So 33% failure it is tooooo much!!! I really don't know what happening with this app or watch. Very disappointed.

Before you click ‘begin sleep’, scroll up on the homescreen of the app until it says ‘syncing your device’. Once it says ‘sync complete’, click ‘begin sleep’, go to bed, and when you wake up you should have a sleep score.

Same problem but no such option of “sleep score” 🤔   Starting from last week, I stop receiving sleep score.

Hi, I called 877# (help desk). They suggest me to reset my Alta HR during charging and I just did. Let’s see it helps or not tomorrow morning.

It’s really frustrating! What has worked for me is shutting down and restarting and resetting to default.

All,   It is frustrated.   After I got instruction from Marvin (help desk# 877-623-4997), I reset my device but no help.   Then, I called again this morning and spoke to Robert, I got different story.   According to Robert, during your sleep, in order to score, you must sleep longer than 3 hours without waking up.  Otherwise, Fitbit will consider you are restless sleep and no scoring.   He says this was changed by developer since last week (2/9/2021). 😞

I give up!

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing fine.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this sleep score issue. You must see sleep stages to see a sleep score. For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

If you see sleep stages but don’t see a sleep score:

  • Note that it may take a few minutes for your sleep score to appear.
  • Update the Fitbit app to the latest version. For instructions, see How do I use the Fitbit app?

Keep the stepping up!

All,    Good news!   It waked up this morning and APP shows sleep score.   This is the first time since 2/9.   I hope it is not just fantasy and will keep eyes on tomorrow.  Stay in tune.

Those are great news, @WC6653.

I am glad to hear that you are able to see your sleep score information now. If there is anything else we can help you with, do not hesitate to post it.

Happy stepping!
